Pita Druze is our food for the week. It is a thin, flat pita filled with goat cheese, olive oil, and spices. It is then heated on a rounded stove top. We enjoyed it immensely!

As you may or may not know, we (Ariel Mondlak and Emily Haley) are taking the Spring 2010 semester off from school to travel around the world. We will be, as you can see in the itinerary, in Israel and Europe. We are high school juniors from Vermont who wanted to get out and explore the world. We hope you enjoy our blog!
